Paddock and Paws Veterinary Physiotherapy is run by Laura Cole in a neighbouring unit covering Hampshire and surrounding areas, specialising in Equine and Canine. Established in 2017, after gaining a BSc (hons) degree and becoming a member of the highly commendable governing body National Association of Veterinary Physiotherapists (NAVP).

 

At Paddock and Paws we can assess your animals in their static and dynamic form, identifying any points of weakness, including the use of a Stance Analyser. Palpation and joint range of movement is also performed to help highlight any imbalances and restrictions. Treatment will also include overlooking your animals home environment and how we can help improve their lifestyle.

 

Working under veterinary referral, conditions may vary from musculoskeletal, surgical cases, neurological deficits and degenerative problems. Each case is treated as an individual with therapies carefully chosen to benefit the patient, these methods may include massage, TENS machine, PEMFT and Laser. Bespoke exercise and strengthening programmes are made to improve the patient’s individual needs with adaptations carefully planned as the client progresses.
